Background
The client, one of the world’s largest Facilities Management organisation decided to implement Dynamics 365 (D365) as an integral part of their business. Testhouse was onboarded as a strategic quality partner to provide QA services to the D365 implementation. Successively, Testhouse was involved in supporting other technology work streams outside of D365.
The implementation involved multiple geographies, languages, technologies and integration points. While D365 is a COTS suite, the nature of the client’s business required significant & on-going customisation and country specific configuration.
