Marketing Lead

You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Testhouse global brand awareness within our target geographical markets and will drive the acquisition of new clients through marketing activity, support the retention of existing clients and identify/support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.



  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy ensuring ROI.
  • Developing and implementing a multi-channel lead generation strategy.
  • To increase the volume of MQL’s.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Produce creative, engaging educational content with the support of sales and consultancy teams.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs and submit performance reports. Provide sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new service, and product information.
  • Create brand guidelines and standards and then protect the brand by managing all deliverables to brand standards.
  • Implement service proposition launches, collaborating with teams.
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data.
  • Manage the marketing budget and team.



  • Proven track record in a marketing communications role, gained in a business providing services to clients.
  • Broad marketing experience gained across offline and digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience in content generation.
  • Strong PPC, SEO, SEM, CRM and social media marketing experience.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ideally, you will have experience in managing global campaigns and marketing projects.
