Andrew Buxton joined Barclays Bank in 1963 and retired in 1999 as Chairman of the bank. He has been a member of the Court of the Bank of England and President of the British Bankers Association. He served as a director of several companies, including Smithkline Beecham, Xansa plc, and the Development Bank of Singapore. He also served as the Chairman of the Saudi British Business Council. He was made a Companion of the order of St Michael and St George in 2003 for services to international trade.
Sug started his working career as an Electronics Engineer with GCHQ, Cheltenham and gradually progressed into programme management while working for Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank of America, Centrica and Deutsche Bank. He founded Testhouse in 2000 and currently focuses on its global expansion. Sug is involved in a number of charitable and CSR activities. Sug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Ulster at Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
Mark has over 34 years of experience in IT, General Management, Sales, Professional Services, new product release and development, marketing and people management. He has engaged with several organisations looking to determine the future of technology, enabled companies to improve their profitability and helped investors determine the viability of technologies. Mark has worked for Microsoft, SAP, Computer Associates, VMWare and and other Software & Services companies in various leadership roles.
Graham started his career in Insurance and went onto to work in change delivery, delivering several major change programmes. He moved on to work with a few consultancy organisations before setting up his own consultancy in 2009 with like-minded individuals. This business was successful and was eventually acquired in 2017. After advising on the integration, Graham took up a role as a non-executive director. He now advises several companies on their strategy and delivery.
Barry has been actively engaged in the IT and consultancy sectors since the early 1980's. He worked for many years in the mobile telecommunication industry before moving into management consultancy and becoming the Head of Practice for a large European company. In 2002, he took on the role of Managing Director of Acutest, helping build it from a small start-up organisation to one of the UK’s leading software testing consultancies.
With 100+ years of exclusive software testing and QA experience among them, Testhouse's visionary leadership are all still a bunch of passionate testers as much as they are entrepreneurs. They have ears on the ground on all the latest technology shifts and QA trends and regularly roll up their sleeves and hit testing platforms and lead debates, events, seminars etc.
Ani has been involved with Testhouse since its formation and started as a technical consultant specialising in performance testing and served as the global COO with overall responsibility for UK operations and project delivery globally. An experienced test practitioner and trainer with over 25 years of experience, Ani has led Testhouse project engagements with IBM, Capgemini, CSC and Logica CMG. Ani holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala, India.
Thomas is a result oriented IT professional who guides and mentors global clients & teams on digital delivery and hyper automation. Well versed in transforming & coaching global clients on their Agile/DevOps transformation journey, he has helped clients to establish Testing Center of Excellence and Quality Engineering practices to support enterprise level bi-modal IT practices. He was part of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC7 Working Group 7 & has contributed to the latest revisions of ISO 12207 and ISO 15288.
Ajith is a visionary global HR Leader and an expert in HR & Organizational Transformation and Change Management. In his experience that spans over two decades, he has held leadership roles at companies including IBM, Lenovo, UST and Ivy Technology. An IIM Bangalore alumnus, Ajith has made it to the list of 30 best HR Leaders in India by World HRD Congress. He provides strategic leadership for the organizational growth of Testhouse and leads Global HR & Talent Management Strategies.
George is a performance-driven and seasoned technologist with over 20 years of Quality Engineering experience. He has worked with several Fortune 500 customers in implementing Agile Testing Practices like Behaviour Driven Testing for Functional and Non-Functional Testing, Synthetic Data Generation, Intelligent Reporting and Bots. He has led the Testing and DevOps practice at Marlabs with a special focus on capability development and delivery. George holds a degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in IT Management.
Shruti Mishra is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the IT, Fintech, and Telecoms domains. With a proven track record of consistently delivering results throughout her career, she has built strong and enduring relationships with clients and partners across the globe. Shruti is keen on building relationships and working across cultures and geographies. She has held senior management positions with leading companies such as Huawei, Mutel, Mahindra, and Zaggle.
Rajiv brings wide experience of over 40 years in Finance, International Accounting, Taxation and M&A in diverse Companies like IBM, XEROX, DCM and GlaxoSmithKline. He is responsible for providing strategic financial direction to the Testhouse Group to achieve high growth targets. An IIM Ahmedabad graduate, he loves handing challenging problems in dynamic environments.
Malini joined Testhouse India as one of its founder members and has continued with the journey. Malini started as a Tester and executed projects for Testhouse India then Testhouse UK after which she started into management. Initially in Test management and then into Delivery Management and now is the Chief Information Officer. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.
Peter is an experienced IT Team Leader combining over 30 years’ experience in software testing and Quality Assurance with global multi-functional teams in Great Britain, New Zealand, India and Australia. Peter has headed and advised the quality assurance in companies including Barclays Bank, Westpac Banking Corp, Symbian Telecoms, and Bank of New Zealand. Peter has successfully delivered business programmes with high quality and low cost solutions.
