But the global shift to remote working, and the rise in on-demand digital services among consumers, has allowed the technology industry to enjoy a period of significant growth.

More innovative new software products seem to be launched every day, which saw the requirement for software testing and quality assurance (QA) services rise as well.

It was recently reported by PwC that only 16% of females have had a career in technology suggested to them, compared to 33% of males.

Even more disappointing, only 22% of students can name a famous female working in technology, whereas 66% can name a famous man working in technology.

It’s clear that it’s now time to close this gender gap and help more talented women enjoy successful careers in the tech sector.

Our new initiative will take a strong focus on helping women from all walks of life to learn software testing and quality assurance across a range of exciting roles.
