Middle East/Qatar banking experience preferred.
Temenos certification required.

Role Overview

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of UAT across:
• Temenos T24 Transact / Core Banking
• Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Temenos Payments Hub (TPH)
• Integrations & IRIS APIs
• Data Migration & COB Testing
• Islamic Banking Products
• Digital Banking Channels

Key Responsibilities

• Define UAT strategy, scope, schedule, resources and entry/exit criteria.
• Coordinate UAT readiness across Business, IT, Migration, Integration and Environment teams.
• Develop end-to-end UAT scenarios, test cases and test data requirements.
• Lead UAT execution, regression testing, evidence management and daily tracking.
• Manage defects from logging and triage through retesting and closure.
• Prepare UAT dashboards, status reports and risk updates.
• Coordinate with QIB stakeholders, SMEs, Temenos, vendors and technical teams.
• Obtain business sign-off and prepare the UAT Test Closure Report.
• Support Go-Live readiness, dress rehearsals, warranty and transition to the Run team.

Required Experience

• 8–12 years of software testing experience with strong UAT leadership.
• Proven experience in Temenos T24 Transact upgrade/implementation projects.
• Knowledge of AA, TPH, IRIS APIs, banking integrations, data migration and COB testing.
• Experience across retail & corporate banking, payments, deposits, accounts, financing and Islamic banking.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management, reporting and communication skills.

Test Lead – Banking Channels | Digital Banking & Cash Management

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead/Implementation & Support Professional with expertise in Corporate Banking, Digital Banking Channels, Cash Management, UAT, Implementation, and Client Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of digital banking and cash management solutions for corporate clients.
• Gather requirements, conduct discovery workshops and map business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical/configurable solutions.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Product, Operations, Implementation and Client teams.
• Lead UAT, including test planning, issue tracking, retesting and business sign-off.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare activities.
• Conduct client training and super-user sessions.
• Provide onsite client support and travel within Qatar as required.
