Andrew Buxton joined Barclays Bank in 1963 and retired in 1999 as Chairman of the bank. He has been a member of the Court of the Bank of England and President of the British Bankers Association. He served as a director of a number of companies, including Smithkline Beecham, Xansa plc, and the Development Bank of Singapore. He also served as the Chairman of the Saudi British Business Council. He was made a Companion of the order of St Michael and St George in 2003 for services to international trade.
Mr. Buxton holds a Masters Degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from Oxford University. He has also been awarded an honorary Doctor of Science from the City University, London, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers.
David Millard started his working life as a corporate planner in local government eventually moving to the private sector where his career in management consultancy spanned three decades. After working in a senior position with Hoskyns and then Capgemini, he co-founded Hedra Limited, which became one of the most successful public sector consultancies in the ‘90s and 00’s, eventually employing over 300 people. David acted as Managing Director for a time and played a key role in developing the business. Since retiring he has served as an advisor to several businesses, including Testhouse.
Mike Nithavrianakis is a career diplomat whose most recent posting was British Deputy High Commissioner in South India, based in Chennai from 2009-2013. He has since taken a sabbatical from the FCO to develop his skills and expertise in the private sector. On returning to the UK in late 2013, he established his own consultancy, Castle Gordon, which has a major focus on Indo-UK partnerships. Mike joined the advisory board of Testhouse in 2014.
Sug Sahadevan is the founder of Testhouse. He started his working career as an Electronics Engineer with GCHQ, Cheltenham and gradually progressed into programme management while working for Digital Equipment Corporation, Bank of America, Centrica and Deutsche Bank. He founded Testhouse in 2000 and currently focusses on its global expansion. He is passionate about getting youngsters into employment and chaired Newham Education Business Partnership (NEBP) between 2007 and 2012. In 2012 he guided its merger with 15billion, a charity with similar interests as NEBP and serves as it current Chairman. He also serves as an advisory panel member for the Winmark Global CEO Network. Sug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Ulster at Coleraine, Northern Ireland.
Ani Gopinath serves as the COO with overall responsibility of UK operations and project delivery globally. He has been involved with Testhouse since formation and started as a technical consultant specialising in performance testing. An experienced test practitioner and trainer with over 20 years of experience, Ani had led Testhouse project engagements with IBM Global Services , Capgemini , CSC and Logica CMG. Ani holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Kerala, India.
Jim Cowdery focuses on new business acquisition and partner relationships. Jim brings a wealth of experience in the software quality assurance sector having spent nearly 15 years in the industry. Jim started his sales career at RelQ , then one of the leading pure play offshore testing services providers. Since then he has held business development roles with iTechnologies, Testhouse, SQS and Epic before returning to lead the sales team at Testhouse in 2013. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from University of Portsmouth.
Vijay Kumar focus is on expanding business at existing clients and exploring new geographies. Vijay started his career as a management trainee with Castrol India before establishing and successfully promoting InApp, a software development house. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kerala and Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cochin University, India.
Valéry Raulet serves as CTO with focus on developing new products and solutions. Having started his professional career as a support engineer at Mercury, then the market leader in software testing, he has continued working as a test automation consultant and is equally at ease with multiple tools. Widely accepted as one of the best exponents in test automation and framework design in the country, Valéry is an accomplished trainer, published author and sought after public speaker. He holds a Ph.D in Computer Science from Université de Bretagne Occidentale.
Melanie Ancheta is responsible for the global marketing of Testhouse services through a variety of channels. Melanie started her career with McCann Erickson and joined the Testhouse team in 2005. She works closely with business development team to formulate the group’s marketing strategy. In her additional role, she also manages the administration and HR functions within Testhouse. Melanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from University of Westminster, London.
Marco Kammerlander started his finance career with Endress+Hauser in Germany and acquired membership of German Chamber of Commerce (IHK). He furthered his training with a stint at LB Group, a London based chartered accountancy firm. Marco joined Gym4All, as their financial controller with prime focus on profitability. Later, he moved to Michaelis Boyd Associates, an independent architecture practise. He set up the company’s internal finance function and played a key role in its impressive growth. Marco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from London Metropolitan University.
